Kono Aozora ni Yakusoku wo: Tenohira no Rakuen is the first port of the game to a handheld platform. Just like a PlayStation 2 port, this PlayStation Portable release is also a non-adult version of the original game which came out for PC (Windows).

All the new elements included in the PS2 port are present in this PSP version as well, with some further additions which include:

  • new heroine, Chihiro Kudou (久藤 ちひろ) included in the main scenario story
  • four new side stories added
