Toto World 3 is a Korean-made platformer where the player controls a caveman kid who must traverse prehistoric landscapes and defeat the predominantly animal-shaped enemies standing on his way. The kid is armed with a club, which can be swapped for a more powerful hammer if the player collects a corresponding icon. The protagonist's health is measured in hearts; contact with an enemy or damage taken from their attacks reduces it by one, while falling into bottomless pits takes away a whole life. Health-refilling hearts as well as Life-1 items can also be collected in the stages. Moving and collapsing platforms, deadly spikes, and other hazards await the young adventurer. Each world is divided into three stages and a boss battle on a separate screen.
