In addition to the standard swing, this game can simulate a bunt when playing as the batter by holding down the same button as swing. As the pitcher, the wind up and the throw are 2 separate actions, and the timing between which determine how high the pitch will arrive at the batter's position. As the fielders and basemen, picking up the ball, throwing back and catching the ball are separate actions.
Being the first baseball game to get a license by the NPB, this game features real baseball teams and players signed up with the league.
