Talking Adventure 2: Forbidden Planet Part II - Forbidden City is a text-based adventure game for the TRS-80, but uses the TRS-80's voice synthesizer to play audio for several sections.
In the previous adventure, the player had just gained access to an ultramodern city, and has just prepared to learn the secrets within. The player finds themselves within a large city populated by homicidal robots. The player must explore the city to gather weapons to battle the robots, and learn how to navigate the city via monorail. The player must ultimately gain access to a spaceship hidden within the city, power it with nuclear material, and blast off to safety.
All commands are via VERB NOUN text entry. The player must gather items to solve inventory-based puzzles, and there is a save/restore feature available.
