Play Meltdown (USA) Online

Meltdown is a third-person shooter shooter with an isometric camera view. The game is set in a sci-fi universe and the protagonist is Zed, a skilled, former soldier who fights against robots who have become dangerous because of corrupted AI. He has two kinds of weapons to kill enemies: firearms and melee weapons. By destroying enemies and turrets loot and power-ups can be collected. Between missions new equipment can be bought, such as new weapons, armor etc. but these usually require a certain experience level to use them.

Zed is able to leap over obstacles and uses cover to dodge incoming fire. Units can be targeted manually or automatic targeting can be used. The shield meter decreases when damage is sustained and it takes a few moments before it is regenerated. Meltdown has 30 levels with a randomly generated level layout for each session and three boss battles. Next to the single-player campaign there is local multiplayer for up to four players with wave-attack arena challenges. Online multiplayer is cross-platform and supports both co-op and PvP for up to four players. In multiplayer there are three classes to choose from: medic, soldier and specialist.
