The year is 2059. Rebel forces have stolen the controlling crystals that maintain the automated defense and supply network for the moon's 25 domed cities. With key commodities cut off, the cities are doomed. Your mission is to prevent the colonies' collapse by transporting vital goods between the cities and recovering the fiendishly hidden crystals.
The player chooses the location they wish to visit from an overhead map. Information about the population, items that are in supply and demand, and the difficulty of approach is shown. At Trade Central, the computer can purchase and sell different supplies. The ship can be refueled, and weapon systems and shielding can be purchased.
Travel between different areas is played from a side perspective, and the player controls a small spaceship that can rotate and fire in all directions, while gravity pulls it towards the bottom of the screen. Enemy ships and missile installations fire at the player, and can damage the ship, and the goal is to reach the far end of a scrolling level. The player can find space wrecks and abandoned bases as they travel to pick up more resources. The distance to the next location, time played, mini-map, and ship status is displayed at the bottom of the screen.
