In Lethal Crash Race contestants travel the world and challenge each other one on one to driving races to determine who is top driver. Before starting the competition, the player chooses a car each with its own size dimensions, wheel stats, acceleration, maximum speed and of course its unique driver character(s). There are a total of ten racing stages. In each stage, the player must outrun the opponent driver and make it to the finish line first, by following the indicated paths within a limited time. Sometimes the screen will rotate when the player turns at curved bends. Along the way, the player can run into obstacles as well as collect money bonuses. At the finish line, the player is awarded points for winning first place, the time it took to race and the money bonuses collected. When all stages are cleared, the player is shown the driver's ending.
