Jikkyō Powerful Pro Yakyū '95 Kaimakuban is a baseball simulation game. It is an updated version of Jikkyō Powerful Pro Yakyū '95, and also the first in the Powerful Pro Yakyū series to appear on the Sega Saturn. It features a full NPB license and thus all teams and players from the Japanese Pacific and Central leagues, with rosters up-to-date as of the end of the 1995 pre-season.

In addition to the updated roster, this version features a new set of 12 Scenario mode challenges based on recent games in the 1995 season. The Camp mode, which allows the player to practice the various actions of the game such as batting and pitching, also returns after being absent from the prior release. Also new in this iteration are various assist options to make pitching and batting easier.
