Hyper Pacman is a pac-man game with power-ups, 2 player simultaneous gameplay, different level layouts and end bosses.

The goal in each stage is to eat all normal pellets and the maze layout for each stage is different. Eat food like eggs, hamburgers and strawberries for bonus points. The power-ups include power pills to eat ghosts, bombs to blow up certain walls, roller skate for speed-up, winged shoe for jump ability, sunglasses to see through walls, a green helmet to shoot ghosts and walls, purple helmet for shield.

There are 30 different stages each with a different layout. There three end bosses at stage 10, 20 and 30 which must be shot with lasers using the green helmet. The end bosses are a giant bull, a squid and a giant robot pacman.
