Fever SOS is a 2D arcade vertical scrolling space shooter in danmaku/bullet hell style. The player chooses one from 3 fighters and 1 from 3 types of "Powerful shot" (available by pressing the shoot button), and ship's speed. Gameplay is pretty typical (fly forward / shoot enemies / collect items / destroy bosses), but the player can capture "disco-man" - people, who are dropping from destroyed ships, required for scoring. The game has non-typical music for a shoot'em up - disco!
