Disney's American Dragon: Jake Long is based on the Disney Channel show. Players control Jake. His enemy Dark Dragon has kidnapped his girlfriend Rose. To save her, Jake must battle an onslaught of villains pouring in from every direction in five distinct worlds and over 20 levels.

To take on enemies like a cyclops, a medusa and the Dark Dragon himself, Jake can transform into the American Dragon. He then is able to release fire power, swipe his tail in a whip attack and take flight. Between levels, Jake trains with his grandfather to gain fire power and speed.
